Humble beginnings...
It all started when my niece asked me if I was any good with spreadsheets.

The problem isn't that the system is too complicated, it's that workers are too busy to remember to do the paperwork involved on a daily basis.
Mileage tracking is easy - you get somewhere, you record your mileage.

The job though, and clients, are more important than our need to claim money back from HMRC.
So most don't remember, or they'll do it later.

The problem is that 'later' means trawling through previous year's rotas and working out the mileage for each and every trip.
That's where EasyMileage comes in.
Just let us do it for you.

But... how?

1. Register and verify your account.
2. Decide if you are claiming first and last trips from and to home.
2a. If you are claiming those - enter your home postcode.
3. Upload your rota.
4. The system will work out all of your journeys and tell you what you can claim back from HMRC.
5. If it's worth the cost, buy the spreadsheet and download it.
6. Upload or send the spreadsheet to HMRC with your tax return, or your P87.
